Promech Engineering can offer a custom designed Modular Skid to meet all their client’s needs. The Skids are designed to contain a complete process system incorporating plant, equipment and interconnecting pipework. All the modules are checked to ensure dimensional accuracy, weld quality, and conformance to the design and specifications prior to delivery to site. When each module is completed it undergoes a series of testing as specified by our client. Some of the typical testing methods we use are x-ray, dye-penetrant checks, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing. Our fabrication workshop is experienced at handling modular, skid mounted fabrication work. This expertise allows us to provide our client with a turnkey solution for all their modular fabrication requirements from basic to more complex systems.
